  • Kilometer reading will start from our office and will close at our office.
  • Toll / Parking Charges and interstate entry / Police entry charges are has to be paid by the Clients.
  • For confirm of cab booking 50% of payment has to pay in advance and remaining balance to be paid at the end of the journey.
  • In case driver drives the vehicle before 0600 Hrs or after 22.00 Hrs driver allowance is applicable  Rs 250  additionally.
  • Total number of people will be allowed as per the seating capacity of the particular vehicle .In any case; extra people will not be entertained beside specified seating capacity. Kids above 12 years will be treated as a one passenger. Pets are strictly not allowed in to the vehicle.
  • Minimum charges of vehicle for outstation will be 250 Km’s average per day. In other words, if vehicle used for two days, the min. charges will be calculate for 500 Km’s distance even if the actual running distance is 450 Km’s,  i.e. minimum daily average into number of days used or actual usage, whichever is higher.
  • While ending up the journey by car, customers should check and collect all their luggage and valuables properly if anything left in the car and if not found after leaving the car we/our drivers will not be responsible for your luggage or valuables.
  • We advice our drivers to drive the car safely by 80 km speed per hour, please do not request or force our drivers to drive fast. This rule is for your own safety.
  • After 9 seating capacity vehicles minimum charge of outstation will be charged for 300 Km’s average per day.
  • Outstation driver allowance is applicable Rs 250 per day.( Only within 06:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs ).
  • Our Company do not accept delay beyond our control.
  • Our Company do not accept any damage to luggage or any other etc.
